Description: The project addresses the conception and development of the model that will guide the operation of the Integrated Cyber Incident Management Center of Pernambuco (CIGIC-PE), a strategic initiative designed to strengthen the capacity of the Government of Pernambuco to prevent, detect, respond to, and recover from digital security incidents. The project represents the convergence of applied scientific research, technological innovation, and public policies, by structuring an integrated environment of intelligence, observability, and response to cyber threats. The development of CIGIC follows methodological rigor and adopts international standards, resulting in concrete deliverables, such as the implementation of specialized platforms and the definition of standardized operational processes. Simultaneously, it generates strategic impacts for the State of Pernambuco, including increased cyber maturity, the training of highly qualified human resources, and the consolidation of a digital security culture.
