WORM
This research project concerns the study, evaluation, and proposition of WORM based storage mechanisms for public domain platforms. It should first investigate the available public domain present alternatives. Afterward, a set of requirements should be specified for the evaluation and implementation of WORM storage strategies and solutions. After a WORM prototype folder should be implemented and its performance evaluated against other studied alternatives. Finally, a guideline document should be produced stating a set of recommendations for tuning WORM storage.
